Mr. Peterson had lost some teeth due to periodontal disease and failing restorations. Dr. Cohn recommended implants and implant-retained bridges, a few ceramic crowns and tooth whitening. Once the restorative treatment was complete, he continued as a patient for preventive maintenance.
